Shipping Service

We provided a door-to-door shipping service by Couriers free of charge upon the total net value of the order reaches the specified amount, you will be able to see the amount during the checkout pages. Delivery time normally takes 3-7 working days. Most of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Some items are shipped from the vendors at different locations.

Tax & Duties are not included, you may be billed or collected at delivery. If your order value exceeds RM500, the entire sum would be subject to Goods and Services Tax (6%). You can find out more about customs and import costs for Malaysia here.

The estimated delivery date is available during checkout. However, it may be affected by air freight delay, Customs hold, or any other complications outside of our control. You may need to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee which are separate from your order, and you will be billed directly from the carrier or from your local customs.

We will send SMS (text) or email to you when your order has been dispatched. Delivery time: Monday to Saturday (exclude public holidays) 9:00 - 19:00, please contact us in advance if customer is not available to this delivery time. If your order with assembly service, we will contact you directly in person in advance.

Please note that due to certain reason, shipping date cannot be guaranteed, delivery times are estimates and should only be used as a guide and you order may not be delivered on time, please be patient and we will try our best to deliver to you as soon as possible.

Couriers

The available couriers service depending on your shipping address, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx and SF Express.

Tracking Your Order

After you’ve placed an order, we’ll email you with all the details. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

Amendment & Cancellation

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Priority processing is part of your order today and once your order is placed, it is being processed for shipping and on-time delivery.

Payment Methods

Recently, we accept payment by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal online. At the checkout, the relevant options will be displayed and the payment method can be selected.

Credit card – Enter to our Online Store processing online purchase payment. You can pay online using credit card via Stripe and PayPal. Doesn't have to be a registered Paypal account and no service charge.

Make sure to check your bank's transaction fee policies. We'll only charge the total amount shown in your bag. However, keep in mind that there may be foreign transaction fees depending on your bank's policies. Make sure to check your bank's transaction fee policies as you'll be responsible for these additional fees.

Please note that your order will not be processing until payment is made and order will be cancelled without notice if payment is not received within 3 business days.
